By visiting our website, creating an account, registering for classes or events, or making a purchase at The Well House Yoga & Ayurveda LLC (“the Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

The Studio offers yoga, Pilates, meditation, and movement classes, workshops, retreats, special events, and one-on-one Ayurveda consultations. Descriptions, schedules, instructors, and prices are subject to change without notice.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account; minors may participate only with a parent or legal guardian’s signed waiver.

• Registration is required for all classes, workshops, and events.
• Class capacity is limited. A confirmed booking reserves your spot.
• If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Waitlisted students are notified in order if a spot opens.
• You may not transfer, sell, or give your reservation to another person.

• Class reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to return the class credit.
• Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class credit or drop-in fee.
• Workshops, events, and retreats may have separate cancellation deadlines, which are shown at checkout and in confirmation emails.
• Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported where available. All prices are in U.S. dollars. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for purchases, memberships, and applicable taxes.

• Memberships renew automatically until cancelled in your account settings.
• You may pause, upgrade, or downgrade memberships according to the options shown in your account.
• Class packs expire on the dates listed at purchase (for example, 5-class packs expire in 30 days and 10-class packs expire in 60 days unless otherwise stated).
• Unused credits expire according to the original purchase terms and are not automatically refunded.

Yoga, movement, breathwork, meditation, and Ayurveda services involve physical and energetic practices. You are responsible for listening to your body, modifying or stopping any practice that does not feel appropriate, and informing your instructor of any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or change in health. The Studio is not a medical provider; our services are for wellness and education and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Participation in Studio activities is voluntary. You assume all risks associated with participation and release The Well House Yoga & Ayurveda LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except to the extent caused by the Studio’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. A complete waiver and release is presented during new-student registration and must be signed before attending your first class.

We are committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Disruptive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior may result in refusal of service or cancellation of membership without refund.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and class materials — is owned by or licensed to the Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

The Wellhouse Yoga and Ayurveda LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging, originator opt-in data, or consent with any third party or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging's originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
