Ayurveda at The Well House
Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest systems of natural healing, originating in India over 5,000 years ago. The word itself means “the science of life” — and at its heart, Ayurveda is a practical, whole-person approach to wellbeing that looks at your unique constitution (your dosha) to understand how your body, mind, and daily habits work together.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, Ayurveda asks a simpler question: what does your body need to come back into balance? Through food, daily rhythm, herbs, and lifestyle, it offers a gentle, sustainable path back to feeling like yourself — grounded, clear, and well.
